GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY
The main Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy is to grow our community organically, inviting people to join our project and aim to increase its marketcap immensely. Our GTM includes short-term strategies for telegram growth and holder count, mid-term campaigns like doing AMA’s in multiple communities and using paid media channels including Email, Social Media ads and more.
We are also creating a strategy to attract users to play in our $LOTUS Games and this includes going into several communities to conduct AMA’s and also social media campaigns to build the user base for our games. Some of the sample campaigns we have are advertising new games into our platform and using sporting events and other event-based campaigns to attract users to be part of our community
